Who are we?
Pitchside Refs is a product and service of Cass Design. Cass Design is a trading name of Benn Cass (Sole Trader) and is registered at 11 Curry Road, Grimsby, DN34 4EZ.

The information about you we obtain is via a registered league administrator in order to us our service. For league administrators we collect this directly from you via email in order to setup and configure your service and provision.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we hold includes your first and last name and email address.
How is your information used?
We use your information to:

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary. Any inactive accounts for over 2 years will automatically be deleted.

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

How you can access and update your information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. You are able to keep your data up to date by amending this yourself via the account page of your account. You may also ask the data controller (e.g. your league administrator) to update this on your behalf.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Pitchside Refs hold about you (we may charge £10 for information requests) to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. We do not store any sensitive information about you.
